Refund policy

Effective Date: 30 Aug 2023

All goods returned to Childers Batteries Pty Ltd must be of a resalable quality (product & packaging) and must have been sold by Childers Batteries Pty Ltd. You must supply proof of purchase (including any serial numbers). All returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the sender unless otherwise arranged with the management.
